That’s right, with ESD’s new MysteryWash program you can program your washers to give a free wash away, from a specific number of washes that you define. Just pick your number and away you go. Program every machine in the store or just a few. With ESD, it’s all up to you!

MoneyCard Rewards: Now you can design your own points program to reward your most loyal customers. Allow your customers to earn points on their card for adding value to their ESD MoneyCard at your store’s VTM!  Here's how it works:

You can program your VTM to award a certain number of points for every dollar added to your customer’s ESD MoneyCard. Give your customers goals to save for like 10 points for free soap, 100 points for $10.00 worth of drop off laundry services and so on. You can design your own program and truly reward your customers for their patronage. You can even design a program for individual machine usage too! Award Points for Every Wash and Dry!

Tried using "Free Dry" to attract customers? Can’t control it? Now you can program your washers to award points to your customer’s card based on washer size used and program your dryers to redeem points for free drying automatically! Here’s how it works:

Your washers are programmed to award points to your customer’s card for washing, Let’s say, 1 point for a single load, 2 for a double load and 3 for a triple load wash. Your dryers are then programmed to accept points earned before taking money off of your customers card. 1 point will give 10 minutes of dry time, 2 points will give 20 and 3 will give 30 minutes. If no points, or not enough points are available on your customer’s card, your dryer will then charge the normal vend price. You set the points, you set the time.

You can use the same scheme for washing only too! Turn the dryer point redemption off and your washer point redemption on and let your customers earn free washes. Just set the points and go!
